Partnership Agreement

This isn't a typical service agreement. We're partners. You provide the leads, we provide the AI Sales Android, we split the profits. Simple.

Revenue Sharing

We only get paid when you get paid. No retainers, no upfront fees. Our success is directly tied to your success. That's how partnerships work.

Service Standards

We deploy AI Sales Androids, achieve 40-60% reply rates, qualify leads, and book appointments. We're SOC2 compliant and serious about results.

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate lead data, respond to booked appointments, close the deals we generate. We bring them back to life - you close them.

Dispute Resolution

Issues? Let's talk like partners. Mediation first, arbitration if needed. We're here to make money together, not fight in court.

Termination

Either party can end the partnership with 30 days notice. We'll finish active campaigns and settle final revenue shares. No hard feelings.

The Partnership Details

1. Service Description

DealReactivation provides AI Sales Android deployment, lead qualification, appointment booking, and revenue optimization. We resurrect your dead leads using our ROYA system.

2. Partnership Model

Revenue sharing only. No retainers, setup fees, or monthly charges. We get paid a percentage of the revenue we generate. Specific percentages are agreed upon individually.

3. Your Obligations

Provide accurate lead data, maintain CRM access, respond to qualified appointments, close deals we generate, and pay agreed revenue shares within 30 days of collection.

4. Our Obligations

Deploy AI Sales Androids, achieve target reply rates, qualify leads, book appointments, provide regular reporting, and maintain SOC2 compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

You own your leads and customer data. We own our AI technology and processes. Both parties retain their respective IP rights.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Your lead data, our processes, and revenue details stay between us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the revenue shares paid in the preceding 12 months. We're partners sharing risk and reward.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. We'll complete active campaigns and settle final payments. Post-termination, confidentiality continues.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes resolved through mediation first, then arbitration if necessary.

10. Changes to Terms

We'll notify you of material changes 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Major changes require mutual agreement.

11. SMS Communication Terms (A2P Compliance)

Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and initiating SMS communication with DealReactivation, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from us. This consent includes marketing messages, transactional notifications, appointment reminders, and partnership updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 years or older to provide consent.

Message Frequency and Content

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and active campaigns, typically 2-5 messages per week during active partnerships. Messages may include lead qualification updates, appointment confirmations, revenue reports, system notifications, and promotional offers related to our services.

Opt-Out Procedures

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Opt-out requests are processed within 10 minutes. You may receive one final confirmation message. To resubscribe, text "START" or contact us directly. For help, reply "HELP" or contact +61 468 013 426.

Carrier Charges and Liability

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Carrier charges are your responsibility. We support all major Australian carriers but are not liable for carrier delays, failures, or charges. Service availability depends on your carrier's network coverage.

TCPA Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) regulations. We maintain records of consent, provide clear opt-out mechanisms, and respect do-not-call preferences. We do not use auto-dialers for voice calls without explicit consent.

Data Security and Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS data are encrypted and stored securely. We never sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data is retained for business purposes and regulatory compliance. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
